“PolArkh Crewing”. We have been recruiting marine personnel to work on a
diverse range of merchant vessels since 2004.
Our main focus is to select, to train and to employ the seafarers on the
vessels of foreign companies.
Our work is based on a high level of service, complying with all the
standards, and the responsibilities to seafarers and vessels’ owners.
“PolArkh Crewing” pays special attention to cooperation with young
specialists – cadets of Russian marine educational institutions have an
opportunity to pass training on onboard the vessels of our ship-owners with
the perspective of further employment in rank. Professional growth and
carrier of a seafarer are our basic priorities.
