BSM Crew Service Centre (Ukraine) Ltd was established in 2002 as a joint
venture between Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement ex Hanseatic Shipping
Company and “Solntse” Ltd Maritime Agency, then known as SURECRUIT SUN.
Over the years, serving the needs of recruitment for BSM managing offices
on the territory of ex-Soviet Union, BSM CSC (Ukraine) Ltd has gained a
good reputation and experience on efficiency and is considered as one of
the leading manning agencies in Ukraine.
The company is fully licensed by Ukrainian Government for manning
activities. Also, our Quality Management System has been assessed and
certified by BUREAU VERITAS according to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards
for “Crew recruitment for shipping companies” and MLC 2006 as well.
The company constantly strives to be in line with challenging needs of the
industry, inclusive of maintenance of the Cadets Program running by Schulte
Group members. The program is designed to provide a long-term training of
pre-selected cadets on board of vessels managed by hosting companies,
supported by scholarships payable to the best of them and ending with
permanent employment on the companies’ fleet. Odessa State Maritime Academy
as a major source of cadets, being one of the oldest and one of the most
reputable maritime academies on ex-Soviet Union territory, will undertake
to provide their best students for the purpose.
