But NSSPL was my first company and it is a good company and will anytime recommed anyone to join it. They have very good standards. Good policy. But people who have worked with Indian manning and Indian cusine will definately would not find NSSPL a good experiance.

But if some body join from beginning then believe me this is the best company to begin a carrier with.
