AS PER NEW INSTRUCTION FROM IMO ANY ONE APPLYING FOR REVALIDATION OF GMDSS ENDORSEMENT HAVE TO UNDERGO A REFRESHER COURSE OF 4 DAYS.CAN ANY OF YOU TELL ME IF ANY INSTITUTE HAS STARTED THIS?SINCE THIS COURSE HAS JUST COME INTO EFFECT IN AUGUST.
