THere is a rumor that now petroleum products like NAPTHA, PETROL, HSD, DIESEL etc. are shifted to chemical category. thus on this basis a seafearer sailing on product tankers which carry these cargoes will be eligible for chemical DC.

is this rumor true? anybody having any info please log on.
