All my friend who cleared the 2nd mate examination and from rating background, please advise any company taking from rating background, we clear the exam as like the cadet do, then why company asked ,you are from ratin or cadet,even i have 6 n half month exp.in tanker then i face such situation, alots of company response we dont take officer from rating,please share this to all and try to stop this f**king partility,we also cleared the exam with hard labour and work well on ship, no body in india to see this problem and try to solve this,so advised me frends what i should have to do
