dear friends,
i m working as a A.B. & planning for 2nd mate exam in uk, for this i want to know about NOE?like how to apply? what`s the requirment? what`s the cost ? & how long it`s valid?kindly suggest me the process & study matereal?if u have any books & wants to share with me pls. call me @09868102543 @ delhi.
pls. tel me if anybody know?

plz go to www.mcga.gov.uk for info on ur 2/o examination. NOE is a document which permit u to sit in MCA oral exam. U need to contact MCA seaferer training & certification section for appling for NOE. HOPE THIS INFO IS USEFUL TO U
