Latvian freighter rammed buoy in Finnish waters General cargo ship FRIENDLAND rammed fairway buoy shortly after leaving Inga Finland, in the evening Nov 10. Buoy was damaged, see photo. Bulk carrier in lay-up drifted onto bridge, Rio de Janeiro Bulk carrier SAO LUIZ in lay-up in Rio de Janeiro since 2016, apparently unmanned and anchored just above Rio-Niteroi Bridge, dragged anchor and drifted onto the bridge in the evening Nov 14.
