Research: Maritime satellite sector recovering

Bulk carrier OCEAN AMAZING suffered engine failure early Apr 15 in Taiwan Strait off Taichung, Taiwan, while ballasting from Ningbo to Manila, and started to drift towards Taiwan coast.
