Philippines: Marina implements Equivalency on revalidation of COC
All Filipino seafarers whose job experiences have technical relevance to STCW can now file for revalidation or re-issuance of their Certificate of Competency (COC) as an equivalence to actual seagoing service requirements. Baltic Dry Index Hits Highest Level Since June 2010
