 339-ton bunker tanker Myeongjin 15 (on photo) collided with 10-ton recreational fishing boat in the morning Dec 3 near Yeongheung Bridge, Incheon, South Korea. Recreational boat capsized, of 22 people on board 13 died, 3 went missing, 7 were rescued. Tanker was taken to Incheon, Master according to latest news, already put under arrest.
