Shipowners Welcome Push toward European Maritime Single Window Environment The European Community Shipowners Association (ECSA) and the World Shipping Council (WSC) have welcomed the adoption of a General Approach on the proposal for a European Maritime Single Window environment (EMSWe) by Transport Ministers.

South Korean firm proposes building LNG import terminal in Australia A South Korea-based company has proposed building a terminal on Australia s east coast to import liquefied natural gas, the fifth proposal for such a project in the world s No.2 LNG exporter.

Georgia Announces New Inland Terminal Location Gov. Nathan Deal, along with representatives of the Georgia Ports Authority, the Greater Hall Chamber and Norfolk Southern Railroad announced plans Monday to make Hall County the site of the GPA s next inland port.
